This hotel is well located but needs a total refurbishment
It is not well maintained
The rooms are tired and the cushions and bed covers need to be cleaned
The only good aspect is the staff who are polite
With a room rate of €330 per night excluding breakfast they have to be joking

Smallest hotel room ever. No room to open my suitcase. Bed took up almost all the space. Poor breakfast. Doesn't cater for lactose intolerant people. Was herded out of the usual breakfast seating area 25mins before it ended and had to eat in the lobby as they use the breakfast area as a meeting room from 11... Ignorant receptionist didn't deal with it well at all. I always put the do not disturb sign on my door but somebody came into my room when I went to work and tidied up! Different receptionist didn't seem to care. Poor wifi.

It's given that hotel rooms in Paris are generally small, so I won't complain on that.
I enjoyed staying here nonetheless because the location is so nice, plus there's an awesome bakery right in front! Our room had a nice relaxing city view with colorful flowers and all. Rooms were well maintained and I will never forget those delicious sausages served every morning!

I've stayed there for business and was very surprised the size of the rooms: very small! However, it is a comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was good, staff at the reception was just ok: nice but too slow to check us in when we are in a hurry...

We chose this hotel as it offered a good balance in terms of location, price and conference service.
Still it was a surprise that conference takes place in the same room as breakfast, though it was not a problem in our case.
My room was really small with no view at all (window faced the walls of same or other buildings), but cosy.
In the rooms on the first floor you could feel a smell of something like mold, it could be because of renovation that took place in the hotel during our stay. No such problem was detected on ther floors.
