We stayed for 2 nights in a 4 bed room. The room was very clean, spacious and had high ceilings that made it less hot especially in the middle of the summer. They had a clean private kitchen which made meals a whole lot easier (and cheaper). It is not quite close to the city center/attractions but trams and metro stations are very close!

We stayed in a twin room with an ensuite facing the main road.
This was more spacious than some of the other twin rooms but when the windows were open it was very noisy. The hostel itself was quiet.
The room heated up very quickly in the summer and was hard to cool down even at night, until a change came through on our last night. Both of these things made it hard to sleep.
However, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The sink in our room was draining slowly, but not unusable, and they made a note to fix it when we left.
There is 1 washing machine and 1 dryer for they whole hostel which is rather large. It costs €3.50 to run the washing machine, and you can by detergent (enough for two loads) from reception for €1.
The breakfast was the standard affair of cold meats, cheese, lettuce, tomato, bread, cereal, yogurt, eggs, tea, coffee, juice, fruit and spreads.
And it was easy to make a roll for lunch if you didn't want to eat out.
The hostel is 30mins walk from the centre of town and is close to the u-barn station which makes it a very short trip into town.
One more thing to note is when we were checking in friends of ours were given keys to a room that had other people's things still in it. This made us a bit cautious of our valuables but there were no further issues.

We needed a Hotel in Vienna that was near to the stadthalle as we had tickets for the Andre Rieu performance and the Hotel was perfect, and coupled with the fact that it was excellent value for money and within a few minutes walk from the underground it was ideal. The Hotel is a mix of Hostel for backpackers and also has excellent value for money rooms, the staff are extremely helpful and fluent in most languages

Stayed for 3 nights in a private hostel room. It was on level 4 and got super hot but the window opened to let in some air (no airconditioning). Breakfast is good value for €7 and there is enough space in the communal areas to not feel crowded. wifi wasn't very reliable. Room was clean and serviced daily. It's about 20 mins to walk into the old city so not centrally located but close to suburban restaurants and bars

The hotel itself is not bad. The the staff is friendly and the breakfast is adequate. We booked a Double room and the room was so small that we couldn't move around the bed without some effort. And since it's a hotel/hostel combination there is bound to be some noise but that was to be expected.
