we had a comfortable stay at Aarem valley which has spacious room,nice interior and great food.Wifi service also good.we enjoyed cricket nets and chess with my friends.very friendly staff and great services.value for money.

can not stay with family.distance from main road.no hospitality. no complimentary water bottle provided.allready prebooked for three person but accomodation for those. no north food provided.breakfast so so

We had luxurious and very comfortable stay at Aaremvalley . Rooms are very spacious and well equipped. Sightseeing arranged by them is managed well. Food is very delicious .Wifi service good .staffs are friendly and helpful.we enjoyed with cricket nets .

We were here to have a nice and calm stay after great tour to ooty...but on the opposite all things went wrong. Hotel rooms are pretty small. Rooms are filled with all kind of mosquitoes. Service is very poor, after calling 3-4 times they place the order. Room cards gets disactivated after every 4-5 hours and you need to get them activated at reception every time. And the worst part was the food , they have a restaurant capacity of 15 people only with a very small room and the Food is pathetic to say the least . Often water is not there sometimes electricity is not there, tv channels only showing some hindi channels and predominantly tamil..overall a horrendous experience

Awesome Hospitality to have a pleasant stay.Rooms are clean & tidy.Homely food & very tasty.Staffs are friendly .we enjoyed with outdoor games cricket nets & indoor games . Best WiFi service inside the rooms which useful to do personal works.
