Beautifully manicured grounds and direct access to a lovely sandy beach. Food options were varied and the unlimited buffet was very reasonably priced. Ayurvedic spa options were varied and thorough. Pool was very clean even if surrounding area was in a little need to a refresh. Staff were super attentive even down to organising outside beer/wine deliveries to circumvent the lack of licence. Thouroughly recommender for a few days’ chilling out in beautiful surroundings.

Excellent beach property just an hour from kochi. the dinner was awesome with live grills and seafood. The cottages are spacious and clean with very cooperative staffs. They have a beautiful butterfly garden and a vegetable farm with greenery all around. Thank you ABAD for a great experience have.

Tried to go in for dinner (we were staying in a nearby homestay) as there are very limited restaurants in the area. We were turned away by the security guards so warning: don't go for the restaurants if you're not staying there. Never known this to happen anywhere else!

We appreciated in particular: the high ceiling so the air conditioner did not disturb during the night, the open bathroom (partly without roof) as an innovative concept, the size of the room, the hammock, the India kitchen teacher, the electricity network protected with 30mA differential circuit breaker (somehow rare in India), the swimming pool, and the lady at the reception, Anupama, embodying the Indian feminine charm.

I really loved this resort and will remember it for a long time. Best part is less people more space, staff, and amenities inside the resort. There is a butterfly garden inside with at least 100-200 butterflies inside anytime except when it is raining. Fishing platform is also good. Ducks, cows and an organic garden give the look of a countryside place. Every room has a hammock outside with beach sand below it. Would recommend everyone to really visit the resort.
