I was traveling on my own from Australia. From check in to check out, my stay was fantastic. Staff were so friendly and helpful, I felt safe and relaxed and couldn't have asked for anything more. I was given directions when I asked, wine or beer when requested and didn't want to leave when the day came. After coming from a massive resort style hotel in Seville, this cosy little place was exactly what I was after. The room and bathroom were spacious and clean with a fridge and tea and coffee facilities available and air con that worked a treat. The courtyard was great for a relaxing drink or chatting with other guests. If you are after flash 5 star accommodation look elsewhere, this was simple, homely and lovely accommodation for those wanting to stay somewhere that feels like you're in Spain. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

I stayed in September, travelling independently. I was welcomed by lovely,
helpful reception staff. My very comfortable room was on the ground floor,
I was able to enjoy the courtyard which is a lovely area. I enjoyed a 10 minute
walk into city centre. Cafes, a variety of restaurants all within walking distance
of the hotel. I had tickets for the Alhambra Palace, which is stunning. Also a visit to the Sierra Nevada was brilliant. I would definitely return.

Hello,
I have stayed in many Hotels before but what happened here was just unbelievable!! When my boyfriend and I arrived in Granada, we where looking for a hotel in the city center. This one came up and it was quite close so we walked there. We entered and were welcomed by 2 receptionists. Before booking a night we were asking to view one of the rooms (in spanish). I was surprised that someone who works in a hotel in Spain is not speaking/ understanding any word in Spanish but ok. I was even more suprised by the fact that she also didn’t understand our request in English!!! This is why she was calling the manager to help. He came in, with a very passive aggressive attitude. So we were asking him if it’s possible to view a room and he said no this is against the policy! Really confused about that statement we “dared” to ask why and he then literally kicked us out.
This is not what I understand of a good service or a service Id like to pay for!
I’m very surprised about all these good reviews.. from my part I definetly can’t recommend this hotel at all!

Upon arriving at the hotel the staff where very helpfull and whilst happy with the room we were given we were offered an apartment a short walk away for more privacy which we took, it was very comfortable all ameneties tv in living roim and bedroom, fully stocked kitchen and nice bathroom as well as air con in each room. We were not able to get alhambra palace tickets before our arrival but the staff sorted this for us.
If we were to visit granada again we would stay here.

Great hotel, with really helpful friendly staff. Room was great, and the courtyard is lovely.
There are plenty of bars and cafes on Calle San Juan de Dios, which is 1 minute away, great for coffee, breakfast, or a beer.
Less that 10 minute walk to the Cathedral, and the Albaicin.
Would definitely recommen.
