When we walked into the lobby, we could sense that it is a modern hotel. Nice glass lifts take you to your floor. The rooms are well kept, clean and nice. The toilet is separate from the shower area which is good. The restaurant area is not huge and the 3 of us need to share table with others. The food is good too. The reception is friendly and help us to book a taxi to San Nicolas to view the Alhambra at night. However the hotel is rather far from the town.

This 4-star hotel is located within walking distance (about 3 km, 30 min) from Granada city center. It features clean rooms, friendly staff, good catering, and options for hosting a business conference. The value for money for a business traveller is above the average.

Straight to pluses and minus of the hotel:
Plus: very comfortable bed, the room is wide and spacious, clean; excellent speed of the wifi; breakfast in general good and with a good choice of sweet/non sweet options. The hotel is near to a huge shopping mall.
Minus: the external wall is glass so temperatures tend to rapidly soar in the room and, unfortunately, the climatization works only with the power card in; the bathroom is very small. The elevators are exhausting, it takes too much time from call to doors open.
The hotel is huge, and caters to tourist groups and business meeetings. If you are a tourist and want to visit the city, it could be a bit too far away from the action. It is located in a mostly residential area, but there are restaurants in the surroundings, if you want to dinner out but not away from hotel.

We stoped here with a group for breakfast. Horrible coffee, poor service, and worst of all they have their bathrooms for handicapped people locked and do not give permission to use them. Glad I will never have to stop here again.

Very few people in the staff can speak English - even just a bit of it. The facilities were in general ok, but we had (unsolved) problems with a leaking (and lousy) shower and the bathroom's door that just wouldn't close. Some of the things that were part of the room's decoration, such as simple office suplies, were really worn down. Breakfast was bad and poor, and the artificial orange juice was undrinkable. The spa area, on the other hand, is very, very nice, but way too expensive. Access to the saunas and swimming pool should be free for guests!
