For the price you can't really moan the room was clean and the staff where nice and the breakfast was very good. The room did need to be fixed up a bit as the toilet door would not lock and a new lick of paint and bed is needed. But served the job well and we enjoyed our stay

Stayed for one night on business, but will admit I booked the wrong place (but that's a different story!!)
The welcome was friendly, the room was small but clean. There was no view and the bed felt small. The chair by desk was in need of repair but there was free wifi and the breakfast was good (very nice coffee).
All in all an ok stay for one night for business.

We liked our stay here. Our room was toward the back, which was rather quiet, considering this is on the road. However to get to breakfast one must first go outdoors. There was no obvious entrance, so tried three doors before going back to the first.
Our bed was comfy, there were armed chairs in which to sit and the Internet worked well. I suppose it was dated but this didn't bother us. Breakfast was nice. There are a couple of nearby pubs and restaurants. A fine stay.

Our stay in Shrewsbury was made by the people running The Abbey Court Guest house.
Nothing was to much trouble, from supplying plaster's, ordering taxi's to supplying bacon sandwich's to eat later, for the younger members of our group who over indulged the night before.
The rooms were comfortable, with good facilities, new carpets were been fitted as we left, so work is on going.
If you want a friendly B&B, in a good location, with free parking, then this comes highly recommened by all 12 of us in our party.

We stayed for one night and found it to be very good. The room was a little dated but it was clean and comfortable with lots of room for the three of us. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast had lots of options, with cereal, fruit and cooked breakfast. It was in a good location, with free parking and I would certainly stay again if in the area.
