Pros:
Location was great, can easily walk from the main train station and have bus #19 nearby
Staff is friendly
Cafe attached has great coffee and croissants!
Cons:
No staff after 9pm, so when issues arise there is no one to help (ie: the wifi went out so we had no wifi that night)
For a bed and breakfast, breakfast is not included
No elevator, safe, mini fridge, etc.
AC seemed to have been on a sensor or timer so it went off during the night which made for some hot mornings

We spent 4 nights in a 5-person apartment. Great location at walking distance from the city center, lots of space, 3 separate bedrooms, a living area and a large kitchen. Friendly service, very nice breakfast. Only the bathroom had no separate toilet.

Super B&B in Valencia. Great staff. Perfect service. Chill international atmosphere. Lovely spacious room. Superb beds. Yummy breakfast. Perfectly located just a 5 minute bicycle ride away from the old historic city center, 25 minutes from the beach. Hip and happening bars and restaurants close by.

We stayed here both on our way to and from Gibraltar.
Both our rooms were so nice, sweet and quirky. I really liked it, it felt like home.
It was clean and the bed had a real cover, like a duvet and I've really missed that during this trip!
The staff is super friendly and helpful. Common area is nice and comfy.

I liked staying here especially for the location. You can pretty much walk everywhere but if you want the metro for going to the beach that is also nearby.also for restaurants and bars you have a lifetimes worth either in rufassa, on the streets near the b and b or 20 min walk up through to the cathedral area.
The room was spacious and unique! The shower was in the sitting area by the French door windows. The bedroom space was further in the building away from the windows. As with these buildings they're quite clunky so you can hear other guests walking around, opening doors, the odd voice through the walls.
The place was very clean and the staff were helpful if you needed them
