The Appartements are situated well. Just off centre near the Alhambra.
Reaching it by car is an adventure.
Unfortunately the equipment is poorly maintained. Malfunctioning showers doors etc.
Some fridges really froze. Others smelled like fish. Mediocre cleaning.
With better maintenance I would recommend it, but not now.

Choose your room carefully. The room on the top floor is the one in the photos. The views are fabulous and light floods into the apartment. The apartment is basic but quirky. I liked it, but mainly because I love big vistas! It was very hot when we visited and there is a little patio space which is where we slept to keep cool at night. The neighborhood is wonderful, very typical of Granada and very peaceful. We rented a couple of bikes whilst we were there, so got a round the city with ease.

Location is good close to Alhambra Palace and the old town.
The town is hilly so be prepared to walk up and down from the apartment- if you are in decent shape the walks are actually quite enjoyable.
The facilities are adequate though not the best. Staff are helpful.
Since there is no air conditioning , I would think that take the upper floors in winter (lower floor apartments can be damp) and lower floors in summer (upper floor apartments can be hot and stuffy)
There is a small kitchen if some cooking needs to be done
There is a parking garage withing 5-10 min of walking distance if you want to bring a vehicle in ( initially we were a little apprehensive due to narrow streets in Grenada, but once you get to know the layout of the city, the entrance ramp of expressway is actually only 5 min driving distance)

We were placed in the studio room on the ground floor. It was very dark.. very little natural lighting. We were hoping to do our own cooking but there were no pots, pans, plates or utensils in the flat. The room was damp. We booked this spot based on the beautiful views the pictures show of Alhambra, which we didn't get. Besides the great location of the apartment, I don't feel like I got my value for the money I spent.

We visited Granada and we decided to book this apartment. We were extremely shocked when we entered. We had the studio and it is extremely small. We got one room on the ground floor. Very small and with cheap furniture. There was not even a window. The pictures are totally misleading. The bed is folded on the wall and when you want to open it we even needed to move one shelf. There was a horrible smell. Don't book this crap. There are so many better opportunities I Granada (which is amazing).
