We had a last minute stay here for two adults and three children. The rooms were a very good size, with tea and coffee making facilities. The beds were comfortable and it was nice and warm. If you just need a room to base yourself this is fine.

Very cosy rooms. Very friendly manager and staff. Very neat and tidy. Good modern facilities. just a negativity was no lift. we had an elderly person who was in the group so was a bit difficult. One of the rooms was on the main road and so the pelican crossing lights kept beeping in the middle of the night. Nothing that the hotel could do about it.
Just that as it was hot we had the windows wide open.

As in title, the accommodation is basic and could definitely use a spruce up. The shower curtain was mouldy around the bottom and no shower mat provided.
We were given tea cups with no saucers, although the host informed us we should have been given mugs.
We did not realise that the continental breakfast was not included in our booking, but 1 breakfast basket was in the fridge. I am glad we did not pay for the breakfast at £5 a time as it contained a cheese triangle, fruit in jelly, yoghurt and a very dry croissant.
Would not consider that a continental breakfast.
Fine for 1 or 2 nights stay but would not choose here again if staying for a week or more.
Would have been happier to have paid around £50 per night for this level of accommodation.

Excellent accommodation and manager.
Upon arrival the manager was very friendly showed me to my room asked if we needed anything to call him. Wow we arrived 4 hours early and he let us check in no questions asked. The room was clean and good amendnities tv and fridge in room. Seen reviews about shower cold. You have to run it for about 5 minutes then it comes out hot. Excellent location 2 minute walk to high street shops. The only downside was mattress needs replacing. I slept well on both nights, squeaks when you move.

When we arrived there was a warm and friendly greeting by the Hotel owner Dennis. He asked us if would like any help with our visit to the Island and then took my case to our room. The room was spotlessly clean with towels beautifully folded on each bed. In the room was a mini fridge, just perfect for buying picnic bits and storing cold drinks. The beds were sssssssooooooooo comfortable i did not want to get out of it in the morning. Tea and coffee and milks etc. were replaced for the second night's stay, and our beds were also made with fresh towels. Great location in Ryde with buses every 10 minutes from a short walk down the hill. Main town just a short walk away to get everything you could need from breakfast to food and souvenirs. I would recommend this Hotel for superb location and comfort, but most of all a friendly atmosphere. would stay again - no hesitation.
