BAD SERVICE
gorkazmon 08/11/2017 14:59This Marriott hotel in Alcalá de Henares has not the best welcome for their guests....the waiting time for checkin at the reception is bad and slow...around 15min waiting...the breakfast service is completely nule....Marriott management,please, put your hands on this!!
One Main AC/Heat Control

I am super happy that the superior room offered plenty of space & comfortable seating because I didn't plan on spending much time outside the room these last few days in Madrid. The view from the room is a nice serene view of the mountains & a cool view of the neighborhood. There is a McDonalds next door & a little supermarket in the same building. Now the NEGATIVE: There is only one control for the temperature & since it was hot in Madrid last week the main control is only set to AC, however it is 50 & raining now so I've been in bed most of the day trying to stay warm since there is no heat to knock the chill out the room. This bed is HARD. I may as well be on the floor. My sink has a leak but I'm ignoring it so I don't have to pack up my stuff to change rooms for 2 more nights. This location is terrible. Reviews said it was close to the airport but I only paid 30 Euro taxi to the other 2 hotels from the airport this taxi was 45 Euro.
Great Hotel with service mind!
wil331on 11/04/2017 03:08My flight was delayed today, and when i arrived hotel, it was about 2am. But the staff was so patient and made my check in in the fastest speed. She provided the baby cot for me when she saw i had a baby without booking the extra baby cot before. It was so nice. This hotel is very convenient if you come from airport, and the room was clean and big. Everything was nice for me.

Andrew Son 22/01/2017 00:54A great hotel for business. Wonderful kitchen stays open till 11pm so a welcome place if you arrive late. Reasonable breakfast. The gym is small but you can get a good work out on the exercise bike. Very professional staff and the beer at the bar is very good. One of the best business hotels I have used in a long time.

Room was very clean with a lot of space, and bed comfortable.
The Staff is very friendly, nice and Professional (good job guys).
Overall: the Quality worth the Price.
