Room was presented well, not especially big. Looked like it had a refurbishment. Bathroom modern and clean
Check in was painful and took for ever with 1 member of staff
Service in the bar and restaurant was terrible. Again 1 person serving everybody and therefore took an eternity
Comfortable and good location
GeoffStewarton 04/10/2017 21:39The rooms are clean and comfortable. The Hotel is in a good location on the edge of town and within easy walking distance of all amenities. There is also a tram service right opposite the hotel. There is underground secure parking at the hotel.
very good choice
Huyggenson 09/09/2017 16:37We spent a long week end in Vitoria and selected this hotel though it only appears as 3-star. The choice was excellent and we have already booked for another short stay in two months. The hotel is very well located. The medieval centre, the main parc of Vitoria, the modern centre are all at walking distance. Moreover a tram and several busses stop in front of the hotel. The hotel is anyway an AC, now also Marriot, with all the good features of the AC. The reception is large and opens to a very cozy bar. The room was large and well furnished. It was very calm, it was on the back. The bed ws comfortable. The bathroom was also large, clean. The walk-in shower was inviting though the metallic floor was in principle not very common. internet connection was available in the whole hotel. It was included in the price and offered sufficient speed and no limitation of connected devices. The buffet style breakfast was classical. Staff was competent and kind. Price was attractive.
Stay close to the city centre
obisarton 26/05/2017 07:37Clean and nice hotel part of a well known chain. Acceptable price, great breakfast and good service. It is a pitty that they charge you 15€/day for the parking, it should be included but you can park around as it is not a crowded area. You have a nice 5-10 minutes walk to the city historical centre and cathedral, do not forget to grab some "pinchos and potes"! Enjoy your stay, I am sure you will be pleased with the hotel.

Breakfast and room service is okay, didn't try the restaurant other than for breakfast.
Waling distance from downtown and local shops all around.
