a 15-minute-busride (1.40 euro) or 50 minute-walk away from central sevilla, this newly built modern property offers sleek nice rooms for about 60 euro excluding breakfast. a tapas-bar is located 200 meters away as alternative to the in-house overpriced restaurant. it's a typical ac hotel, well managed, but located far away from the action.

Large room, modern interior, contemporary furniture, comfortable mattress, clean linens, good and clean towels. Bathroom spacious, clean and well maintained, and on request with bath tub or walk-in shower. The rooms are not noise proof and in fact the TV from our neighboring room kept us awake almost the whole night. The hotel is at Sanches Pizjuan which is a bit at the outskirts, but with bus 14 it takes only 15 minutes to get to the center of Seville. Parking around the hotel is easy and at no cost. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Is off the city center, not far but for family holiday not suited, simply to far to go.
For business has everything you need.
Servic eis good, sleeping quality - not mine, breakfast - not frugal though not copious.

Pros: the staff was excellent, very friendly and responsive to our inquiries and requests. The room was very clean and had a mini-fridge that had items for purchase, but we shuffled those around to make space for our items. It is a short walk to a (Lidl) grocery store. Street parking is free in this residential neighborhood and we found parking either right outside the hotel or 1-1.5 blocks away. Hotel offers parking for 9 euros per day.
Cons: The water temp frequently changed while showering. Walls are a bit thin (could hear our neighbors). Located at a busy traffic circle, so your room might hear street noise. It's a 15-20 min walk to the beginnings of the Macarena tourist area. The hotel website was a little misleading about laundry. Laundry: They have a laundry service, but there are no self service machines at the hotel. We drove to one (Google is awesome!!!), but the hotel provided info for one that is about a 10 min walk towards the city center. (FYI- if you need one, laundro-mats are expensive in all of Spain!).
Marriott Status: If you are a Marriott member, you basically get nothing for your status. So if you've experienced perks at other int'l Marriotts and expect the same, then they don't come with the "AC" hotels. But, remember that the staff provided excellent service that was was within their control.

As expected from a Marriott hotel, the room is clean with a comfortable bed, clean sheets and room temperature is perfect. The hotel a bit far from downtown Seville.
Taxi ride will cost around 13 Euros to downtown.
The staff were very helpful in giving us directions and provided us with a map. On our departure day, Ruben, the front desk staff went out of his way to show us an easier way to get out of the hotel area toward the highway.
