A very clean hotel with modern amenities with a very nice buffet breakfast for both European and American tastes. A very short walk to the sea and Nice's famous promenade, as well as many restaurants. Also a short walk to the main shopping area, and a little longer (~1/2 hour) to the old town.

Within walking distance to the beach and promenade, lots of restaurants all around. Very happy with the room, upgraded to a partial sea view. As a good elite member was a little upset about them not wanting to include breakfast in our 5 night stay especially since we had 2 rooms booked. But overall a good stay!

Excellent room. The location is excellent just opposite the beach, within walking distance of the centre and a bus stops outside.
Very clean, comfortable and modern.
Staff very friendly and helpful.
Excellent breakfast.
Strongly recommended.
The only downside was the collection of rubbish by the local bin men who do this after midnight. They make a colossal row and wake you up. But this is hardly the hotel's fault.

Lots of restaurants around, restaurant on property. One in Hotel Lobby and one upstairs which is the ritzy one. Not the best Marriott we stayed in, but nice. Paid with Marriott Points but accepted and upgrade Jr. Suite with view of the Beach and Promenade, including breakfast. Maybe worth the extra money but not sure. Had a Nespresso in the room, used plain Nescaffe instead. Personal choice. Enjoyed the beach, sitting on a bench on the Promenade. We are older so that was what we went to do. Enjoyed it. People very nice. Lots of cafes and restaurants around. Very close to the airport. Bus service available, picks up at the corner to airport. Five minute drive.

Stayed for a long week-end and ended up with mixed feelings about the hotel. The location is great especially if you're coming from the airport, it's walking distance to everything central Nice has to offer and the beach is 30 seconds away from the door. But overall I was disappointed with the room which didn't look very fresh and felt quite old. That's the case for the rest of the hotel: the roof terrace is very nice with great views but it also feels a bit old and tired. So overall I felt that the value for money wasn't that great.
