The Hotel staff were friendly and they took prompt actions for any request. I found a gift with the collection of Molton Brown when I entered the room .
The room size was good however, I had a feeling that I was staying on old medieval castle .The wood in the ceiling was black and the room was dark even if the lights were on.
There was a gap in the door .. you can see the corridor light and hear the noise. I suggested to replace the door with a soundproofed door.
The AC was not on cool mood as the AC system in winter turn to heater.. I had to open the window to get a fresh air .
The in-dinning services were good and delicious food , I had ordered Tuna Pizza ; I was yummy .
There was a free WiFi but it was so weak and slow.

This hotel is on the main street in town, I love the wide nice sidewalk.
Across the street is the exotic Albaicin, the best reserved Moorish quarter in Spain. It’s 3 minutes walk to the great Cathedral. Most of the tourist spots are within walking distance.
There are a lot of restaurants, cafes, bars around which is very convenient.
Hotel serves good buffet breakfast, eggs, hams, cold cuts, cheeses, smoke salmon, home made pate is excellent, great breads, fruit, juices…. coffee and tea.
If your room doesn’t come with breakfast, there are plenty breakfast restaurants and cafes within 2 blocks.
Room is nice, elegantly decorated; some stuffs are pretty but not functional. The reading lights are not aimed for reading. Half shower cover never works, (hate it!), always gets the floor wet. Cute round hand soup slips around….. maybe I’m too fuzzy.
Nice free Wifi.
Staffs are very friendly and helpful, speak fluent English, give good suggestions.

Great location, central to most tourist sites; wonderful restaurant, one of the best in the city, room on the smaller size, but quite adequate. Very helpful staff. Only true negative was no BBC or CNN for English speaking guests.

Spent five days in late October exploring Granada and surrounding area. Interior courtyard of the AC Palacio was magical, servers pleasant, room was modern, spacious (can you say walk-in closet?), and spotless with daily attention by cleaning staff who obviously take pride in their work. Room service was prompt and the food was delicious. We drove a rental car and to navigate the restricted and often unmarked streets was as nerve-wracking as the other reviewers note.

The people working in this hotel were very helpful. The room was good and quiet. We opted one morning for breakfast which was expensive but after trying another place I️ appreciated it especially this chocolate cream filled chocolate coated pastry which I️ have never seen before. Overall it was not as special as our other hotels but well located and had valet parking.
