Awful late room service, reception desk is unprofessional ( specially a lady with soyth indian accent), wi-fi is choked, spa doesnt work per timings, doest deseeve to be even a 2 star..0 Value for money, avoid if possible..!!

We recently had a stay in Acacia and it was exceptional. The hotel staff were very friendly and made our stay luxurious. The vibes of the hotel are very positive. It's located in the heart of Candolim absolutely great location. With everything just stone thrown away distance either its beach or some restaurants. Rooms were great very spacious and clean.The food was very good and the Chef would regularly come and take feedback and were ready to give special preference if we asked for something to be prepared specially for us and the way we want. I am very choosy about hotels and trust me they didnt disappointed me great service...
Great job Acaia Hotels team we hope you maintain these standards a lot way to go keep it up.
Will surely visit this hotel again.

I had been at Acacia recently with my family. It was indeed a fabulous time I had staying at Acacia. The hospitality shown right from reservations of the rooms till we left the place...they were just too good. I would like to thank in particular Ms. Preethi for helping us with this wonderful time.

Fairly OK not good for the price you pay. Restaurant not very good.
Location for tourist far off especially old Goa.
People who want to visit beaches it is OK.
Statue of Mesmer hypnotizing a person will miss it because of location in a corner adjacent to the hotel.

A pretty hotel with very friendly staff. The food was great and for a vegetarian like me, the menu was just perfect. The hotel has the best spa services in town. The hotel's location is ideal as the beach is just a few steps away. As a solo traveler, I felt secure and comfortable during my stay. It's good value for the price.
