We had a pet friendly room, which in our experiences usually ends up being a downgrade for an additional cost. Not here though...i was pleasantly surprised tok walk into a room.with laminate floors. So much cleaner than carpet and much easier to clean if a pet has an accident. The beds were amazingly comfortable, which we have come to expect from Accent. This was not a fancy room, but it was perfect for our short stay. Staff was friendly for our check in and out. One thing to note however; if you book through a third party, they don't inform the hotel if you need pet accommodation, even if you mention it in the instructions when you book. We were lucky they had a pet friendly room available when we arrived.

Friendly atmosphere, very clean, quiet. I've stayed here four or five times. Never disappointed. Convenient location. Across the street from Vancouver. Several places to go for meals. On bus routes. I enjoy their sense of humour.

Room was very clean and comfortable. Nice staff. Very convenient location, easy to drive to, lots of parking. The room was modern and stylish. The only downside is that there is no complimentary breakfast which is a minimum these days. However, there is a family restaurant right next door that serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. Overall I would definitely recommend this hotel and will stay here again.

I have stayed at this location a few times in recent years when I have medical appointments. Last stay was in 2015. Again the hotel and room were very clean, front staff gracious (David) and friendly. I appreciate there is a Ricky's Country Restaurant on premises (also attentive servers). Definitely my go to hotel for medical appointments in Vancouver, or attending events in city as well.

I booked four nights at Accent Inn Burnaby. Unfortunately while I thought I was booking through the hotel it turned out I had booked through an agent: reservations.com. When I got to the hotel I had no reservation (three weeks later I'm still waiting for my refund from reservations.com). Luckily for me the hotel had room for three of the nights and by day two had me booked for all four nights.
The beds/pillows are super comfy (I even looked at the pillow tags to see who'd made them!). The room was spotless and had all the amenities I needed. It is also very close to the Sky Train, making it only minutes from downtown Vancouver.
I've stayed here a few times now when in Vancouver on business and I'd highly recommend Accent Inn to anyone looking for a clean, comfy and friendly hotel.
