I would not suggest to stay at these apartments. It all started at check in where the lady was very rude and barely spoke English. The apartment was located in another building and she was not very helpful with directions. The apartment was dirty. The carpets and couches were stained and it was very dusty. We wanted to go for a swim with our toddler but we're told that there is no pool in this building although it has been advertised with an indoor pool. I rang reception to complain and never heard back from them. There are heaps of other options for accommodation in the docklands! We definitely won't be back!

Beautiful view, friendly staff

Beautiful, spacious, Morden apartment.
We had magnificent veiw from our 20th floor apartment. Brendan Murphy manager was very friendly, helpful. Came out at 11pm to organise keys for us as it was very last moment booking. Check in and check out was very smooth. Apartment was very spacious with 3bed rooms 3bathrooms. would definitely recommend this apartment. Would stay again if get chance to go again.

Worst experience

We stayed at Domain city loft appartments, Docklands is apparently the management centre of Domain appartments. This could have been lack of understanding on my behalf, but I put a lot of blame on the booking company. After a 300 odd km drive arrived at our destination. With our 75 year old mother, we realised we could not even get in the font door. We had to call them. There was a key in a coded box across the street. We obtained the key but still needed help from the public to use the key to access the building and elevators. There is no reception. Once we are finally in the room it is very small compared to the photos and not cleaned properly. The parking that was advertised was not available as they didn't know we needed it. If I had realised what what I was booking I never would have nor will I again. We were only trying to visit a relative in Royal Womens.

Underwhelming to say the least

I stayed in a two bedroom apartment with my Mum in June. The apartment was not ready when we got there (even though we informed them we would be early). We left our bags at reception, only to find that they were not put away or behind the counter just left out in the open. The staff were unprofessional and there was dirty washing all through the room.

Our room could have been nice as there was some nice decor. Unfortunately it was incredibly dirty. The windows you could barely see through and almost all of the cups and cutlery were dirty. Three of the blinds were broken and we were unable to close them. The heater in my bedroom didn't work. The worst however was the quilts. My quilt was between two sheets but when I looked at it I noticed it was a browny yellow colour. Disgusting!

The bathroom was no better, the toilet seat was broken and under the seat was covered in pee and pubic hair. We were not given any toilet paper and had to return to reception to get some.

The only positive part about our stay was the very friendly gentleman in the reception when we checked out.

I'd strongly advise you stay elsewhere in Docklands!

Do not waste your money.
Staff very unprofessional and unhelpful. For car park access we had to ask another guest who also was not told how to enter or exit the car park as the access swipes are not in logical locations.
The carpet of the rooms were destroyed, locks missing off of balcony door so with kids I was not impressed plus the cold air was let in, broken handle off of bedroom window so this to could not be closed and allowed cold air in, sliding door track broken, toilet door lock broken, kitchen hinges broken, previous occupant rubbish left in two rooms, cigarette butt left on carpet, timber from AC frame left on balcony with nails sticking out, no quilt covers, damaged light fittings, balcony light not working, floors not mopped, I could go on. The place was simply not clean.
We could never get the car park we paid for as someone was always in it.
Faults reported but no one cared.
On check out we went to pay final account but almost missed the checkout deadline because the staff member did not arrive to work on time. Luckily we did not have a flight to catch.
I wished I read more reviews about this place. Views and location are great but that's it!
