very nice place in shyam nagar. me and my business friends metting in ace hotal ..hotal interiors very nice..i like it.......foods very nice and lighting decoreter very nice...i like hotal..i leave in shyam nagar and near by hotal..very nice and beautiful place in jaipur

this hotel is located in residential area.i stayed this hotel in feb15,for 1 night.it has good restaurant.the staff is coperative.i forgotten the name of the manager ,he is friendly and cool.the bathroom is neat and clean.room service is good.maintance is good.

I stayed at this address for a few days early October in what I believed to be the Ace hotel. When checking out the kid behind the counter who was supposedly the manager asked me for full payment for the days that I had stayed even though I had already paid online, after an hour or so of back and forth it came to light that the Ace hotel had closed and been reopened as the O22 hotel same building same address just new branding. They then claimed I had paid the old hotel and I had to pay them, they became very forceful and tried to intimidate me by two of them coming in my room and getting in my face. I emailed the site I paid through and a few hours later they got back to me and said just to pay them and they would try work out a refund. Still waiting

this is the best hotel that we had in India, the rooms are new, with airco, perfect sanitary and very good beds there is a tranquil courtyard, where very good food is served Anil, the manager, is very friendly and helpful

We stayed here on may end for 2 nights. This is a one of best stay of our tour, as we expected all the things in ace are best... break fast, room service, internet, toiletries, cleanliness in room everything was very good. Area around hotel is residential, good and safe.
