This hotel is not really for holidaymakers, except those passing through the region. From our experience, It has a friendly young staff (I speak Spanish, and did not find them rude in the slightest, excellent large air-conditioned rooms, quiet, underground parking, and central, so one can find restaurants, tapas bars, cafes and so on, near-by (I very rarely eat in hotel restaurants). I would recommend it as very good value for money.

We stayed in town for my daughter's swim competition. This hotel was well-located and very reasonably priced. Our room was very pleasant: clean, comfortable and overlooking the soccer stadium! In reception and in the bar, everyone was helpful and kind.

Management staff not at all helpful, in fact down right rude! Breakfast was a joke, a fight to get anywhere near the toaster as some guests were on guard!!! To fill and feed family and friends. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone, The corners were certainly cut on food!!!! I felt we were steerage passengers.

Definitely one to avoid. Food very poor and rooms substandard. Curtain rails broken very little storage. Had a room opening on to the patio which was more weeds than paving and only way to get some air was to wedge the door open and put a chair behind it in case of intruders! Air conditioning was not working and heating was controlled by a central point so some people were cold and others very hot. Although problems were pointed out very little was done about it. The restaurant comment was that they were unused to the English diet but as the Spanish guests were also complaining this was not a valid excuse!

This was our hotel for 6 nights as part of an excursion around Extramadura. Right next to a football stadium. The room was not very clean, neither was the hotel. Couldn't adjust the heating, so it was terribly hot. Nowhere to chill out, just a few sofas in the reception area. Breakfast was a joke! In the cafeteria, laid out on the bar, cheap packaged croissants, horrible bread, cheap jam, margarine, no butter, cheap thin ham, and chopped ham slices, not sure of meat content, if there was any. Some orange flavoured liquid, warm water if you asked for it to make tea. Fruit first day only, cheap packaged cake. All laid out on the bar counter, for about 70 people to queue to try and get the food before the coach left for the morning trip. Lunch and evening meal in restaurant, no choice! Some people don't eat fish, so told to keep to same tables so they could give meat alternative. 15 in all, only 8 meat alternatives next day. One evening meal, soup, followed by slice Spanish omelette and 2 thin slices tomato, dessert, a piece of fruit. Desert was usually, one piece of fruit or cheap yoghurt, once, we had junket, plain, another time a piece of cake. Food so bad, even the Spanish coach trip were complaining, so not just us Brits.
