Nice apartment in the pension on the top floor. Nice apartment with high ceilings. Modern but still carries remnants of its old world charm, high ceilings, huge windows, etc. Very spacious, modern and comfortable. Close to all amenities (walking distance). Just a 5-minute walk to the bus stop, train station/tram station. A few stops to the city center. Good value for your money. There is no washing machine or dishwasher in the apartment building.

We stayed for just one night in one of the apartments. The place was clean, the receptionist was super friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was very good for the price (7€). Metro and tram stops close by. Only downside I can think of was that the hot water in the shower stopped coming after a while, especially if two people needed to use the shower in the morning.

I stayed here for four weeks, and I found the place terrific. The folks at reception were responsive, and most spoke very good English -- Especially important for those of us not yet fluent in German. The housekeepers were friendly and very efficient. They even did my laundry and ironing at reasonable prices. Breakfasts were fresh with plenty of varied offerings. I've stayed at other student residences in Europe, and this was the best.

If you want to stay here for a couple of days- that's OK; but if you want to stay longer...
Sometimes Wi-Fi is super bad,sometimes you can see a film,without waiting. There are problems with water- in the morning it's hard to take a shower,there is no hot water at all.
Honestly,I don't like the cleaning ladies. Well,not them personal , but their work. They don't clean under the beds, don't clean the kitchen well and the floor is dirty after their "cleaning".
Sometimes I can't lock my room,because of the lock itself. The key is just spinning and nothing happens.
Exactly,I loved the location (U3 is perfect to live on) and it's quiet.

I was here for two weeks with my brother. Our room was on the first floor. But you have elevator for higher floors. We had apartment, living room, bathroom, wc, bedroom, wardrope and we had kitchen (we shared it with two more people). Apartment was very big modern and new. We had lcd tv (LG). Ofc FREE Wifi. Kitchen and bathroom were very modern also. We had microwave also beside all common things for kitchen. Cleaning was two times a week. And residens is close to Ubahn station (U3) 5min walk and to Tram station (71) 2min walk. Gym supermarkets (Billa, Spar), restaurants, everything what you need is close. We had great time here.
