Lovely setting near Lake Garda

The hotel was chosen for us all to stay there for a wedding nearby. Room was very comfortable and ample space. Terrace restaurant had the most magnificent view. Staff friendly and helpful. I only had breakfast there which was standard buffet.
Courtesy bus every hour to nearby lovely little town of Peschiera del Garda right on the lake.
Only complaint would be the Eden apartments also part of the complex where my daughter and family stayed. There were NO cleaning services and no towel or bedding replacement for the whole week. With young children that's not good
An excellent location to explore the local area

A lovely quiet spot, easy to access, underground parking, large spacious and clean room, friendly staff, great food, lovely pools and value for money. The air conditioning was broken when we were there and the staff did not know when it was going to be repaired, therefore, with the Italian heatwave, whilst our room was cooler than outside, the temperature rose from 26-29 degrees over the 3 days. Despite this, we had a lovely stay and don't be put off by it being a 'golf resort'! It didn't feel like this at all and we would go back! Handy hint - do take your insect repellant/antihistamine cream/tablets! The Italian mosquitos are very active!
Disappointed and overheated!

Arrived on Sunday to spend 6 days with family who were already at the resort in an apartment.
The room was actually much nicer than I expected but then realised we had been upgraded even though they hadn't mentioned it in check in.
When we got back from dinner the room seemed really warm, we tried to turn the air conditioning down but it seemed stuck. When we mentioned it on Monday the reception said it was broken and they didn't know when it would be fixed and that they were also hot! No apology.
On Wednesday after asking what was going on we got the same story but a fan appeared in the room. It's now Friday and we go home tomorrow having spent almost a week in temperatures up to 38c without air conditioning and without explanation or proper apology.
On the whole the hotel is a little dated and the food is a bit hit and miss.
As others have mentioned, it is too far (and dangerous) to walk to the town and the free shuttle is nowhere near frequent enough, taking a 4 hour break from 12-4pm and there's no bus at 7pm when most families want to go to town to eat.
Pools are nice but only the big family one has a bar and it's very noisy with all the music and activities.
Overall a nice place but the staff course use some customer service training.
4 stars is a bit over rated.
NOTHING BUT TROUBLE! WEVE STAYED ONCE AND TRIED TO BOOK AGAIN!

We stayed in this hotel for 10 days in august 2015 and got bitten by ants from head to toe at the pool ended up spending our 10 days putting bite cream on everywhere we went not to mention 3 trips to the pharmacy for the cream. we were also locked out of our room because we were accused of having a iron in our room by bar staff and made a complaint to the desk manager who reconised it was the hotels fault we were bitten and their pool area wasn't clean enough but even after all of that we booked with this hotel again in october 2016 but couldnt stay due to family circumstances but the hotel still took the money even though it was free cancellation. After all of this and because its the only half decent hotel compared to others in peschiera it has a pool, free car park & a shuttle bus which is hard to find all 3 anywhere else so we decided we would book again for this summer and use the 10% discount code we were given by the hotel for what happened, So far we have had the phone hung up on us by andrea and then told we cant use our discount code and told to go book with another hotel because we can get their cheapest room for cheaper on hotels.com. We were sent someone elses voucher who was an actual by andrea with their name, email adress and adress on it (Data Protection Breach BY THE WAY) We We were then on the phone for a half hour trying to get a manager on to speak with us who then wouldnt come on the phone and have had nothing but trouble with the very very rude staff who answered the phone being very passive agressive and kept telling us to call back in 20 minutes then 2hrs then 4hrs! All i can advise is stay away from this place its honestly not even worth the hassel it is more a 3* if even. There is a lovely hotel called hotel aquadolace (or something along those lines) That is much more modern and up to date which we have chosen to stay in instead.
Pleasantly surprised in our visit to Garda

The hotel is located near but not in the city in a beautiful garden with parking very close. Our room was studio type with two levels, Good bed, very good bathroom and amenities. A complimentary bottle of sparkling wine was well received. The breakfast was very good with a wide variety of foods, fruits and sweets.
