This is a lovely hotel tucked away. It’s 10 minutes to St Marks Square, so easy to get central but there are some lovely shops and restaurants around the hotel to. Highly recommend this as a good place to stay excellent breakfast and really helpful staff.

This small boutique hotel (12 rooms, named after each month of the year) is in a fantastic location in between the Rialto bridge and St Marks Square, both within a few minutes walking distance.
We stayed in a standard room (Giugno) and it was adequately sized with a decent bathroom (great toiletries). Beds very comfy and we liked the decor (check the website/photos).
We had a view out across a canal towards the theatre and have to say it was extremely quiet!
The hotel has some nice touches that make the difference. Free coffee, tea and biscuits all day are perfect if you are popping in to recharge. There is a small terrace on the roof which is nice to sit out on with a coffee and relax.
Breakfast was great, a huge amount of choice.
The only thing to factor in is the stairs, no lift. It wasn't a problem for us (we were on the second floor), but worth asking for a ground floor room if you have an issue with that.

Stayed in one of the nearby apartments. Really good size for the family (larger than expected), modern, with well appointed kitchen and great location. Only shortcoming was sofa bed in 2nd bedroom wasn't the most comfortable, ok for a few nights.
Friendly and helpful staff made check in/out easy!

Lovely hotel, gorgeous room. Staff friendly and helpful, nothing to much trouble for them. Fabulous breakfast and coffee through out day. Made us feel very welcome, definitely recommend it to friends.

I stayed in Ad Place for 4 nights in a single room which was lovely, wonderful staff especially the young women who looked after breakfast, she couldn't have been more helpful.
As soon as I arrived the staff made my stay very pleasant indeed. Lovely coffee with pastries and biscuits available in the breakfast room any time of the day. An amazing terrace to enjoy your coffee on overlooking the rooftop of Venice was a treat.
Loved my stay, would recommend to anyone. Thank you.
