We stayed in this hotel for three nights. The room is small but has everything you need.
+ great location in London
+ nice staff member
+ everyday clean room and bathroom
- hard to set warm showers. Had to shower ice cold
- the breakfast is closing at 0900 and very simple. Coffe, yogurt and toast with butter/jam
- the room needs renovation. The bed ist to soft.
Ok for sleeping but not so much more.

We asked for an early checkin as we were arriving from a long haul flight from New Zealand. The very helpful front desk person arranged this for us and made us very welcome. Our room was very clean and nicely decorated. We appreciated not having to haul our luggage up any stairs. The location was perfect for us. Thanks for the especially polite and helpful service.

After reading the reviews I was dreading going, but this little hotel was located in the best position for the things we wanted to do. Nice clean bedding and towels that were changed daily. Room was clean as was the en-suite. No sign of any mould or lime scale. The staff were friendly and couldn't be more helpful. The breakfast was basic but that was fine for us. We went to Hyde park and used the Paddington line underground. Couldn't of picked a better place if I had tried. Would definitely stay there again

It did what it said on the tin and that was to rest our head at night whilst exploring in the day! The room itself was big enough for the three of us but was very very warm. We did ask for a fan and they did give us one. The pillows were wafer thin and we might as well of not bothered using them. The shower room was just as big as a cupboard and never stayed at one temperature! And the lock system in our hotel door was so bad!! It took us about 15 minutes each time to unlock our door! Breakfast was definitely not a full English like it said it would be but cereals and toast were offered Instead. All in all the location was great and the staff were polite and helpful but the hotel itself is shocking and is in desperate need of tlc.

hotel was very well situated near to Paddington station. people were polite. room was small but very clean. breakfast consisted of cereal, toast tea/ coffee + fruit . overall for the price paid it was good.
