The stay was great, clean and well serviced rooms. Appreciated the arrangement with local restaurants to charge back to room. Proximity to town and local venues was also very convenient. Highly recommended.

Had 3 nights here booked a waterfront room when we got to the room it was in the corner of the building and a low floor it was also a very well used room with marks all over the walls and grubby and no balcony without a doubt in my opinion the worst waterfront room i had to look at the brochure advertising the hotel with the room pictures because i thought i was in the wrong hotel, the pictures were obviously years old,
I complained to the front desk and said it was not acceptable, the response was we will move you tomorrow, problem was i had a full day trip planned with an early start and all my money passports etc were in the safe, they wanted me to come to the reception in there morning and lock up all my stuff in their safe and move me in my absence,a lot to sort out in the morning and my pick up was at 6am, what a going on!!! not happy went back to my room an d telephoned and complained to my travel agent, 10 mins later a room was found for us i was told there weren't any, wonderful somebody must have died, new room was nice and clean and had a nice view and a balcony, we then had a great stay here, the area is good with pubs and restaurants close by and nice walks around the waterfront, hotel facilities are good just the arrogance of some of the staff needs addressing, please give your guests the rooms they have booked, i think if i had arrived in a suit and tie i wouldn't have got that room,
not everyone is what they seem !!

The Adina Vibe Darwin Waterfront was exquisite. From the location, to the rooms - everything was luxurious and very affordable. The rooms were very clean and spacious with beautiful views. The hotel foyer had 2 entrances which made it easy to access great restaurants along the waterfront and the lagoon for a swim. Would highly recommend choosing Adina and I will definitely be back.

Room has nice view, but smelt of cigarette smell, no compensation offered. Room service food very expensive for what you get by comparison to many other hotels. The room is quite comfortable and clean.

Loved this place, we enjoyed the pool area with friendly staff will definitely be coming back.
The waterfront boardwalk for a night meal, bus back to hotel this place has everything to offer for a relaxing no hassle stay.
