Great hotel, great location. The room was big and well kept, loved the welcome gift on arrival and Don from reception was amazing. We would definitely stay again given the opportunity. Thanks for a great experience.

From the moment we arrived we were taken aback by the fantastic staff at this apartment. We were upgraded to the penthouse suite, which was amazing. Great staff, great location and fantastic apartment.

We arrived about 1:30 for check in told the room would br ready in about 10 minutes. After enquiring at 2:00 pm told room was still not ready. By this time there were a lot of people waiting for their rooms. Asked them if they could store our luggage so that we could get something to eat as we hadn’t had lunch. Rooms were quite good. There were stains on the carpets in the bedroom.

Great location close to excellent restaurants, shopping precinct and transport - perfect for the week of spring carnival. Three bedroom apartment was extremely spacious. Parking available. Apartment was clean and beds comfortable

The main toilet was leaking from the base. We asked several times for it to be fixed, only to be told it wasn’t leaking?!?! So we were basically called liars. We spent four days with wet smelly towels around the base of the toilet. Not fun at all.
