Great place but very slow wifi speed. Basically like dailup speed otherwise. it was a pleasure to stay. The room was very clean and spacious. Very good location to restaurants and eateries. The train just around the corner

I have to say since they modernised the rooms they look bloody brilliant
The beds were so comfortable and the room looked chic with all the mod cons
They have a swimming oool and is close proximity to all the sites
Yep definitely a hotel to use in Melbourne and really good value with great restaurants near by

Absolutley amazing service beautiful clean room ! Crisp sheets good air conditioning easy to use.
Jessie at the front desk was very knowledgeable and helpful.

Loved and enjoyed every bit of the hotel. Beautiful layouts and designs except customer service!!! Front desk(check-in/out) people should be more friendly and learn how to do a customer service. First lady at front desk(check-in/out) , when I checked in, she did not looked happy at all until I made little commend about the parking lot, then she started to smile because she agreed. Other lady when I checked out, she started to giving me an attitude when I pointed out her mistake. If there is a fees to pay when I use my credit card to pay for the parking, by the law, you have to tell or show the written statement saying there will be a charge or else it is illegal!!! It was just 30 cents, but she did not notified me about it and just tap my card not giving me any choice of the payment method even though I had a cash. She did not looked happy at all (no smiles or anything) when I approached her to check out, and when I pointed out that and ask for a refund, she started to giving me an attitude, not even saying sorry or greeted us saying good bye. Only person who greeted us was older gentleman with beard who came out of the office when we were living. So rude for an expensive luxury hotel and not up to the standard customer service. I don't care about 30 cents, but it is the matter of principal!! Compare to how the luxury hotel it was, shamefully the customer service was not up to standard and it was worst than 1 star motel. How rude.

Rooms are a great size and location great but customer service was terrible.
It is walking distance to Melbourne Central and resturants.
Room are comfy an clean.
The customer service is lacking and needs improving.
