Decent stay for one or couple of nights. Facility is good and in good locality with excellent connectivity. We stayed for a night to attend an event nearby. and had breakfast in the morning around 8am which is of good quality. Overall value for money bed and breakfast hotel.

Stayed here for a night as i had to take a fight the next morning and Gachibowi has ring road access to the airport which hardly takes any time. First of all finding the place was a nightmare, there are two hotels by the same name about a km apart. Google maps picks only the one farther away. So i had to end up walking about a km to this property as there were no autos available on this stretch. I was told it was located behind dominos pizza, when i called them. If they had included this information in the welcome mail, it would have made sense. Check-in was fairly smooth. Room was very small and bed linen was dirty but bed was comfortable, since it was only a night's stay, i didnt bother too much with complaining. They don't have an in house restaurant, but we were given a menu of green bawarchi which would deliver to the room. The room has a nice big mirror and a mini-fridge that works, which might be the two best things in this hotel, since i was able to freeze my favorite hyderabadi biriyani and carry it with me! Next morning i ordered tea as i had an early check-out to get to the airport, tea was charged at Rs. 40 a cup and tasted like plain water. Criminal to charge customers so much. Did not have the buffet breakfast as i left by 8 and breakfast was being served at 8:30, which is quite late in my opinion.Check-out was a bit of a problem because the guy thought we had not paid for the room and he took some time to verify our records. Overall, a fairly disappointing stay, i wouldn't really recommend this place unless it is for a night cap before your next flight. Even then, i am sure there are better options around.

Family friendly hotel. A great place to stay . Rooms are spacious and Ambience is great. Free Wi-Fi available. And food was great and the service also cool . best place to stay around Gachibowli. You may stay here.

I booked this Hotel for a business trip in Jan, 2017. Checked into the hotel around 1400 hours on 1st Jan and checked out at 1200 hours on 14th Jan.
I would definitely recommend this place for business/leisure trips. Almost every major IT companies are nearby within 7-8 KMs. Cab/Buses/Auto connectivity is really good. The crowd here is diverse, and you can found folks from each part of country and you may found many PG's around the place. Rooms are nice and spacious. Service is utterly superb. Breakfast is served complimentary free here which includes ( Boiled Eggs, Idli, Dosa, Parantha's and etc.) hygienically served and dinner is good to which only cost you INR 100 to be precise. At dinner, you can also choose street food as Gachibowli market is nearby from the hotel.
Facilities are amazing starting from AC, Geyser & TV. All in good conditions.

Stayed for a week. Rooms are nice big and clean. Excellent location. 2 minutes walking distance to Paradise biryani and Karachi bakery. A lots of eating places nearby. 30 mins to reach by cab from airport. Staff is helpful and service is prompt.
Breakfast needs improvement and variety. Overall nice hotel. Would definitely like to visit again.
