This is my favorite hotel in the DFW area. Staff goes way above and beyond. Great location. Breakfast is great and bar is fun. Rooms are new and state of the art. I have nothing but great things to say about the hotel. They will do whatever is necessary to ensure you have a great stay.

The property was nicely decorated, and the rooms look out onto the pool patio. The property was conveniently located. Upon arrival and throughout the stay all of the staff was super friendly. The shuttle is very convenient and is a nice amenity.

From check-in to check-out and everything in between the staff was terrific. Really amazing.
My room was clean and comfortable I had a great night sleep, the hot water took a long time but that was a minor thing.
We held a conference needed more chairs and tables than expected they were on it.
I would not hesitate to book again if in the area.

I was required to stay at this hotel because of my business trip. I have always considered the Hilton chain to be out of my league. I was greeted by very friendly staff who quickly got me checked in and handed my a warm cookie. The room was breathtaking and very comfortable. I ask to be close to the elevators because of a knee problem and they were very accommodating. The bathroom was roomy very clean and what I dream of for my own home.

This wasn't the typical Hilton experience. Front desk staff were great on checkin, beds were wonderful; restaurant horrible and follow up on forgotten item nil. I wouldn't stay here again if I visited the Dallas area.
