Large and beautiful room equipped with everything necessary. Very clean. Amazing views from the balcony towards Elounda Bay. A courteous and professional staff. Do not miss this hotel. This is our third visit.

Great menu, awesome views, good service I can't but recommend this restaurant. Great ambience, I'd recommend booking for dinner rather than lunch to see Elounda and Spinalonga all lit up at night. Anything cooked in the Wooden Oven is fantastic.

My partner and I stayed here at the end of June for 7 nights. The only reason I would consider returning is for the sensational view - there is no arguing that it really is amazing!
However, we were left feeling a little let down by the rest of our holiday. The staff were polite but it was quite obvious that unless you were eating in their beloved restaurant, you were just in the way! There were extra charges for everything... towels, fresh linen, jacuzzi etc (prices also differed depending on who you spoke to...)
I think we were very unlucky as we had the worst room next to the kitchen... kept us up until late and woke us up early every day. We had also requested 1 double bed.. we got 2 singles pushed together.. not very romantic for an anniversary trip!
The kitchen was fairly basic, not well equipped - considering you had to do all your washing up (which I was happy to do) they could have given us something to wash up with!
They also had a huge party on the restaurant terrace on the sunday - extremely loud and music all day (were in our 20s and like a lively atmosphere). We tried to go to the bar and order a drink whilst this was going on.. no chance!
There was also a huge issue with horrible bugs around the pool - not really the hotels fault but it did mean we couldn't sunbathe there at all.
Overall the view was amazing but unless you're planning to eat in the restaurant everynight (we did once and it was mediocre), just make yourself scarce. Would only stay in a different room and for the beautiful view again. Staff need to learn about customer service!

Back in the UK now after a very pleasant 10 days at Adrakos. Costas and Anna, the owners, gave us a fabulous welcome and made us feel at home from the first instant. The room was clean, light and airy, with comfortable beds and mosquito net. The bathroom was also scrupulously clean with plenty of hot water on demand. The housekeeper, Katerina, cleaned daily and gave fresh towels and bedding every few days. All of the rooms afford a fantastic view of Elounda Bay and Spinalonga. The hotel restaurant is a must. Top quality dining from two great chefs. The pool area and sunbeds are as clean and tasteful as the rest of the complex. Thanks for a great holiday.

The views from Adrakos are second to none, overlooking Elounda with Spinalonga in the distance.
The room was spotlessly clean, as was the pool area. The gym area needs a little attention but the hot tub is great!
The food in the restaurant is excellent and the service good.
While there is some noise from the passing road, the atmosphere was peaceful and relaxed.
