I was not aware when we booked this hotel that they have no bar and no alcohol. This didn't spoil our stay but felt it would have enhanced it, if it was available.. The lounge areas were beautifully decorated, the staff were by far the friendliest and most helpful we have come across in London and the breakfast was excellent and great value.
A great deal of thought has clearly gone into all aspects of the hotel, 5 minute walk to the tube.

Fantastic location . Loved the feeling that it is a more personal hotel .. clean , beautifully designed and nothing too much trouble. Great sleep , would stay again in a heartbeat. Friends and family stayed too ... everyone v happy.

Lovely! We stayed in a room called Wimbledon. (Executive room) Gorgeous decor in room and bathroom (Also had a fire place which was stunning) Free soft drinks in a mini bar which was a nice touch when you usually have to pay for extras like this!
5 minutes walk from Gloucester road underground station which gets you anywhere you need/want to go. Great location!

The hotel is very well placed for access to Kensington and Knightsbridge, and has modern well appointed bedrooms rooms and bathrooms. It would have been good to have had tea making in the room as well as coffee, but when requested these were delivered very quickly and so it was not a problem. The staff were excellent, and were always on hand to assist with anything.

Hi,
We stayed at this wonderful Boutique hotel for 4 nights. The location is great. The atmosphere and the rooms style is amazing. We really felt special with the friendly staff and the hospitality of the place. They pay attention to the little details which makes you feel great. I really recommend this hotel for couples who want to have a memorisable holiday in London.
