We were travelling as a group of 10 and we wanted a single fare from Tower bridge to The London Eye, I checked the website and they advertised a reduction if booking online. We thought there might have been a reduction for a group so we went to the jetty to enquire but they said we needed 20 in a group to book and there was no reduction for online bookings. I then tried the online booking and went all the way through to the payment and then I was told my booking couldn't be accepted.
We then went back to the Jetty, couldn't pay by cash unless we had the exact change and missed the ferry. Nise trip down the Thames but not worth the price or the hassle.

I take it every day now to work and love it!
Very comfortable and so far always on time. Support desk is very friendly and resolve issues promptly.

We love this service for getting to the o2 because it’s convenient, fast and such a lovely way to see London, day or night.
The admin staff and clipper crew are always great too. I made a mistake this week booking tickets on the app and Ruth Oyewole kindly adjusted it for me so I didn’t have to lose my money and then buy more tickets for my partner’s 50th Birthday trip.

Commuting into London by helicopter is a good way to beat the congestion charge, but the heliport really isn't central - however it is only a very short Rolls Royce drive to Plantation Pier from where you can get down river and into the heart of the City. Or so I'm told - we were staying in a local hotel, and walked to the pier - it was just as easy :)

Super stress free way to travel into central London. It was very enjoyable with great views and you can even get a beer on board.
