The first room had a crack in the wall, ants and was flooded. Once they changed our room, it was PERFECT. COMFORTABLE bed, spacious too. And convenient to a lot of attractions. The property was a little hard to find, but it also had a nice restaurant with good food and beautiful pool. Honest people. I lost my cellphone and a worker found it and turned it in. I would recommend this place and I would stay again.

Original room had a crack from one end of the wall to the other. Ice block in small freezer and fridge leaked....once we complained we got a room that was 5 times better and worth staying in. The pool area is beautiful. They are very honest. The hubby left his phone in the old room. Three hours later, it had been placed in the box of our new room....the food was great.

Initially we got a room with cracks in the wall and the fridge leaked..they kindly upgraded us to room 106...it was GREAT. Close to both bases and and Carney Park. The food at the restaurant was GREAT. WE would stay again..friendly staff...

We were very surprised when we eventually found our hotel (was initially hard to find) on the forecourt of a Q8 petrol station. As we entered through the secured gate pleasently surprised, on your left children's playground, clay tennis courts up to the car park. As we walked up the steps on the left the restaurant for breakfast. We arrived very late 1am and staff were welcoming. Our room was clean but it did not have the kitchenette I had requested. The hotel staff said we could sort it in the morning. Next morning after a good night sleep we went for breakfast. Staff were limited in English but we're very helpful.
A good selection of food, cakes, croissants cornflakes,meats,cheese,bread,fresh fruit,yoghurts and fresh juices. We swapped rooms during the morning with out any problems, very useful to have the kitchen.
The pools area was lovely surrounded with trees bushes etc (see photos). Helpful pool man Antonio who was alway available to get you abed, table umbrella. We were surprised to find that we had to wear swim hats in the pool! But apparently this is the norm.
Hotel was central to what we needed and once you were behind the gates you would not know you were close to a motorway/dual carriage way.

Enzo was friendly and helpful. He also spoke very good English. The other staff were friendly and helpful but had limited English.
The hotel is situated off the motorway. To go anywhere you need a car. They offer free shuttle bus to nearby towns and drop off at the train stations - much appreciated! They also have about 8 kittens/cats that they've rescued and housed.
The pool is startlingly cold and the pool chairs old and not well maintained. There are many mosquitoes around the pool as it is surrounded by lush green vegetation. The breakfast consists of croissants, bread, eggs, packaged yogurt and fruit salad. Not a bad spread but not amazing either. The coffees are strong! We dined at the restaurant for dinner a few times and although it had a great atmosphere by the pool and was busy we didn't think the food we ordered was amazing. Other patrons appeared to be ordering off the menu items and they looked good.
They allowed us a choice in rooms and were very accommodating. The rooms itself were nice and of adequate size. The room we stayed in had a mini kitchenette, However no pots, pans, kettle or even cups were provided. Our sink also continously had a problem draining even though the staff were quick to fix it each time.
All in all not a bad hotel to stay in. Comfortable beds and friendly staff.
