I had the pleasure of visiting Biella in November. I was a great place. This hotel was a good above average hotel. The room was fine and so was the bathroom. Breakfast had a good selection. Staff friendly. Free parking right under the hotel. Nice service.

In the middle of town, yet very quiet at night. The rooms are spacious enough and nicely decorated. The bathroom is very modern and very nice. For breakfast, there is even food for gluten-free or vegan people.

Nice room, good breakfast and dinner. Good parking facilities under the hotel, but not so easy to find. It's at the back with another address: via Lorenzo Delleani. Our checkout was at 1200 but we were 15 min late. No problem at all.

The rooms themselves are clean and the hotel is in the hub of things. Staff keep to themselves so don't expect friendly hellos or enjoy your stay. Bring your own tea/coffee sugar and milk as even though there's a kettle in the room and cups, there's nothing to put in them. Ladies don't bring heels, the footpaths are lethal around here. Everywhere closes from 12ish noon until 6ish in the evening.

The main impression i will leave this hotel in biella is one of lethargy...the service is slow the attitude of staff varies from polite and helpful from the women staff to nonchalent and slow from the male staff..the buffet breakfast mediocre...no place to charge phones or laptops other than from the tv in the room.the decor is ghastly and you even have ask for toilet paper to be replaced in the ensuite...only good thing is the beds were comfortable and its adjacent to the main supermarket...only recommend for short stops no longer than couple of nights ...awful if this the best biella has to offer the visitor ...this is not a 4 star experience
