The hotel is perfectly placed in Sultanahmet, a few minutes from the Grand Bazaar, Blue Mosque and other important tourist sites. It is only a few minutes from a tram stop which was our starting point to get all around the city and to ferries. The staff were very helpful. A highlight was the view from the terrace where we spent a while most evening over a glass of wine.

The hotel is right in the middle of the small streets picturesque area of Sultanahmet. It is at very short walking distance to all main attractions (Hagia Sofia, Blue Mosque, Topkapi, Grand Bazaar, Spice Bazaar, etc.) and also to the tram station of Sultanahmet which will get you in a flash across Golden Horn in Galata or Besiktas/Taksim.
Experience with staff was amazingly nice from the very beginning. The check-in person will invite you to have a seat with coffee/tea, giving you maps of Istanbul and advices on how/when/where to go.
I want to note the very very friendly and nice attitude of the 2 cleaning/house ladies in this hotel. They are very attentive to your needs and during breakfast they will indulge you with niceties.
Rooms are small but nice and cozy. If your budget allows it, choose the rooms with views to Hagia Sophia and to Golden Horn.
Eat your breakfast or drink your afternoon tea/coffee on the top floor terrace. The view is breathtaking.
Trip to Ataturk airport in about 20 minutes. Reception will get you a taxi in 5 minutes.
Word of wisdom: keep them as friends, they will return it to you ten fold.

The staff can speak very good English and helpful
Breakfast is good.
Free Internet everywhere in the hotel.
A little library in the lobby .

This hotel is so conveniently located that you could just walk to most of the attractions in Sultanahmet. Our check in procedure was swift and Mr Kadir had been so patient and kind in giving us a detailed explanation on the various attractions in Istanbul. All the staff are super friendly and helpful. Would definitely come back to this hotel shlould we visit Istanbul again.

We stayed at this lovely hotel in a family room for four nights at the beginning of April. Location of this hotel is superb, with wonderful views. Within walking distance of many of this beautiful city's attractions, this hotel really is home from home. All the staff are very welcoming and friendly, ensuring your stay is as pleasant as possible. Overall they are just like one big happy family. Would definitely recommend to anyone thinking of staying here.
