My boyfriend and I were travelling through Europe for a month from Australia and had 4 nights at this wonderful farm stay in Tuscany. The host family were absolutely lovely and all the meals were prepared by the family, much of the produce grown themselves. Breakfasts a highlight. The house was wonderful and so old! The countryside magical. We loved it! And great value.

The Place is in an excellent location with outstanding view on S. Gimingano and neighboring wine yards. A superb place to have rest and start everyday to explore the area. Breakfast is high above the Italian average, with fruits, ham, salami, and sweets. Staff is helpful and kind. Wines very good. Optional dinner is delicious home made stuff. Room is spacious, bathroom O.K.

This was one of the highlights of our Italian holiday - Tuscany is wonderful and very romantic getaway for young and old couples alike! The couple we met on arrival do not speak much English but we got by and it added to the charm! Daughter very friendly and helpful, we enquired about their wines as they sell their own but told they don't offer wine tasting. Anyway she called a nearby farm at San Donato and they were open, 5 minute drive later we were leisurely sampling half a dozen wines and could have stayed there all evening if only we didn't have to drive back! The local white wine Vernaccia di San Gimignano is beautiful and dry and must be tried whilst here, and better from a farm where you're staying. Weather was bad whilst we were there, very hot with patches of heavy rain and storms but understand that isn't normal as they just had a very long dry patch. View from our window on the top floor was stunning across the vineyards to see beautiful old buildings of San Gimignano on the hill - particularly amazing at sunset, or even in a thunderstorm! Swimming pool good for soaking up the stunning view in the afternoon or evening with bottle of wine. Room is good but very basic, has air con which worked OK but not brilliant. No hair dryer unfortunately. Breakfast brilliant, pastries, fruit, yoghurts, meatrs, homemade jams were lovely and could definitely get used to homemade cakes and tarts! Only thing we didn't try was their evening meal, were not told anything about it and there was no menu to check what they offer as believe it's a set menu, although the smells coming out of the kitchen were nice. Would recommend trying the farm next door for dinner, the food is stunning and best we had on our whole trip! Overall we loved our stay in Tuscany and will be back! Definitely recommend staying on a farm rather than in a hotel or in the town!

An absolutely marvellous place to stay in Tuscany (San Gimignano). Close to San Gimignano, Voltarra, Firenze, Siena. The perfect base. Incredible views, peaceful, the loveliest people, good wine (especially the Vin Santo) refreshing pool, amazing meals at a reasonable price. Fantastic Italian hospitality. Simply can't recommend this place enough!!!! The only place to stay in Tuscany

This beautiful farmhouse is perfectly located if you want to see Tuscany and not just the towns themselves.
Our GPS found this without any problems, although it is hidden down a steep little hill before coming back up to its beauty.
The setting is beautiful, looking over San Gimignano over the rolling green hills. It's maximum a five minute drive to San Gimignano itself but very easy.
Breakfast was good for a little b and b... and the room was spacious. Only complaints would be only one towel per person was allocated and you had to pay for more and I couldn't find a hairdryer.
The owners were lovely and one woman (I think their daughter) spoke very good English and helped us find a wine tasting farm just down the road.
Would absolutely look at staying here again on returning to Tuscany. Much better than staying inside town walls.
