Our visit was perfect! Incredible service and we really enjoyed the nights walking around the hotel in the historic center. Thanks to José, Leonardo, frank and Natalia our hosts. Definitely we will return to aguamarina.

We went to Cartagena for a weeding and stayed at this boutique hotel.
They are in a great location, everything is close! the room are beautiful, delicious Colombian breakfast.
The only bad thing about this hotel is the safe in the hotel, the safe isn't safe. Be careful.

I just checked out of this beautiful hotel and was so impressed, I loved it.
The rooftop pool is wonderful and the decor around the hotel is just beautiful.
Breakfast was delicious as are the cocktails! Service is excellent and all staff are more than accommodating.
The only negative is that the room on the ground floor is noisy at night, but other than that, I couldn't rate this place more highly

The minute I was let through the heavy wooden door, I thought, I'm staying! (Not for my intended reservation, but as in they won't get rid of me). The kind of place where poems are written, paintings are made. The staff is warm and kind and helpful. It is Zen personified in the mad rush of motorcycles and taxis.

We stayed at Aguamarina for 8 days and I couldn't think of one thing that wasn't absolutely amazing! I am already missing the nicest people providing incredible service at the hotel, the roof with the pool that overlooks the entire old city of Cartagena, and where you can enjoy a great mojito or any type of cocktail or food of your liking while relaxing at one of the cabanas. Everything is home-made by the hotel's chef and tastes outstanding.
The rooms are spacious, super clean and so tasteful.
This hotel is amazing for a romantic vacation. The staff really has their heart and soul in everything they do.
The location couldn't be better, a few minutes walking from every restaurant, store and sight you want to visit in Cartagena.
