We spent one night in this hotel and we loved the place which was nice and clean.There is a café where you can have breakfast, dinner ir lunch but it is not included in the price. It is located about 5 minutes away by car from Águilas.

We are regular visitors to our property in Los Collados, and it has been missing a bar on site since the previous one closed a few years ago. However, Jesus and Salvador have now opened a small bar/restaurant at this Aparthotel, and it will be open all year round. The food was good, and the service friendly, all at good prices, so we spent quite a bit of time there on our recent visit. A great addition to the site and Aparthotel!

This is a very newly built apartment block, with everything to a very high standard. There is a reception like a hotel (which does not open until 17.00) that issues the keys for the room and the safe, and from there on in you are on your own. No facilities like a hotel, although to be fair none are advertised. A super underground car park (for which there is a charge of 3 euro a day) with lift access to the rooms.
The rooms are supurb. Large kitchen/living room, bathroom and two spacious bedrooms.Two of us rattled around. Effective and quiet a/c. Outside terrace with two chairs. We paid a little extra for an 'attic studio' with a spiral staircase to a sun terrace on the roof with loungers, and a table and chairs. Quite honestly in August it was a bit of a waste of money as it was too hot to use.
Mainly Spanish familys with small children, but we never noticedany undue noise just extended families enjoying themselves quietly.
The big downside is the position. A long way outside the Aguilas bypass up a steep winding hill. A lot further than the 1.3 km given on the website, more like 4 - 5km to the town centre, and not a pleasant walk. 10 euros each way in a taxi added a lot to the evening for two, perhaps woud be OK for four or more. However we turned this to our advantage and used the well equipped kitchen and cheap prices in the supermarkets to habve some great meals in. British visitors just remember to bring mugs with you for the morning tea.
