I have never experienced a more rude disrespect in my life. My children and I were travelling with my husband to visit family in South Caroline. We stopped here for rest but it wont happen again. The manager was rude told me I can go somewhere else if I wanted to aftwr I simply asked if we could check in before check in time. When we got our room it was fine till I laid down and noticed roaches coming from the back of the t.v. and dust for days the rooms smell like piss. The manager is racists and charges blacks more than whites she told me that the owner doesnt like black people anyway. Also I notcied staff could not speak english because I asked for more towels and the maid gave me plastic cups. Just rude racist and dirty

We made reservations for a suite and despite the verbal confirmation of availability both the day and morning of arrival. It was not available. We settled for staying in a double room and the children and my sister were bitten by something all over the exposed parts of their bodies. A trip to the Emergency was warranted.

Rooms were smelly. 4 days there and garbage was never cleaned up outside in setting area. Lounge hours 5-10, visited at 8:00 and was told they were closing because they had no customers. Front desk clerk Brittney was very helpful.

I stopped in this hotel after a long Drive from my home. I was a little afraid at first because of the previous reviews I read. But my experience was wonderful. The staff was very welcoming, they helped me out and assigned me to a room that was clean and was really comfortable. I really liked the breakfast they serve at this hotel and I am pleased with the cleanliness. It was a good experience for me and I would recommend this hotel to anyone. If I ever come this way again I will definitely be staying here again.

I'm pretty confident the ONLY reason this place is still open is that there's nothing else worth considering in the area. This facility is old, dark, & musty. The linens & furniture are old & not the cleanest. Most of the staff seem to be there just to collect a paycheck. This morning I watch a staffer close the breakfast buffet and bark orders for everyone to get out a full 35 minutes before the posted buffet end time. He later tried to explain he was protecting everyone from potential illness because the food could not sit out any longer. Avoid this facility. It's absolutely better to drive another hour to patronize another hotel willing to work to earn your business.
