The stay at the inn was amazing! The inn is beautiful and the food was wonderful! The staff is the best. We rented the inn to stay at for a wedding at Zedler Mill. The weekend was magical Perfect for my family's stay!

My wife and myself love to just wander through Texas, especially to towns off the beaten path and we try as best we can to support local B&B's. We recently spent a weekend in the Luling area and stayed at the Ainsworth House. What a blast! Beautiful historic house, quiet and peaceful and breakfast was to die for with a heavy emphasis on locally sourced food items. We had the place to ourselves and what fun to just relax on the front porch with a beverage and watch Luling go by. The owner joined us for breakfast as did the G.M. (who can really cook)- very pleasant and enjoyable company. We highly recommend Ainsworth House!

We were celebrating my husband's birthday. We started with Shiner bock brewery then city market BBQ in Luling. Then onto Lockhart the next day. This was a good location to spend the night in. Easy access to new braunfels, seguin, & San Marcos, too. We went into Gruene last night for dinner.
Jessica took great care of us. There are a couple of common areas to hang out in and great porches. Every room has a keurig, mini fridge & microwave. Bottled water included in your fridge & downstairs. Snacks downstairs including microwave popcorn. Wine opener and wine glasses in the kitchen should you need them. There is an HEB really close by should you need anything.
Jessica prepared a wonderful breakfast. Sausage & egg soufflé & biscuits.
We would stay here again and it would be fun to bring family & friends here.

Perfect place to stay for a wedding in Luling!

This was a wonderful inn or rather B& B, especially for attending a wedding at the mill. The owner was there to greet me, carry my bag up & show me around, plus answer any questions I had. In the room was some of Donna's Blackberries dipped in white chocolate waiting for me . . . The were divine! Donna Wells, the house manager & chef, made the most wonderful breakfasts & my favorite being her pancakes served with watermelon syrup & fresh diced watermelon. The rooms were lovely & it was like stepping back in time with all the mod cons. The only negative is that I wish it had a pool as TX in the summer is very hot. I would stay there again, because it is central, clean, the breakfasts were wonderful & the whole inn is charming! This was my first visit to Luling & I was traveling solo, so this inn was perfect for me & wished my husband could have joined me too!

We stayed for one night with friends and were lucky to have the Inn for our own. The rooms are clean, cozy and lovely decorated. There are coffee-machines, TV-sets and fridges in the rooms. We enjoyed outside seating on the terrace in rocking chairs. Donna, the General Manager, prepared a unique and mouth-watering breakfast in the morning. We are from Germany and we charish a hearty and opulent breakfast. That one was awesome. Worth to stay for more than one day.
