After spending 2 nights at Stars Hotel because Air on Broadbeach couldn't accommodate us for the 8 days of our holiday. We arrived 2 hours before check in and the staff were more than helpful and made a 1 bedroom apartment available on the 9th floor, we asked to be higher up and this was no trouble and end up on 17th floor. Fantastic views and the apartment was nicely furnished and clean. This made our stay very enjoyable with lots of restaurants,bars and shops to keep us entertained. Our only complaint was the building and roadwork across the road started at 6 am obviously for the games in April. Thank You we will stay again

We stayed here for two nights and would definitely stay again. We had a two bedroom suite and the views were great, although as other reviews have said the windows are in need of a clean.
The beds were comfortable, and the room had everything we needed. Location was great too.
Minuses were the mentioned windows, the en suite master bathroom was very dark so we ended up using the second one instead, and the blinds could perhaps block out the sun a little better as it gets bright in the bedroom very early. Free wifi is limited to 500mb too.
Positives are the wonderful views, size, cleanliness, location, check in and check out speed, quietness inside the room. We didn't have a car so can't comment on ease of use / access.

Was very happy with our 2 bed apartment. Massive kitchen, 2 good sized bedrooms. For three ladies sharing it was awesome. Totally enough room for 4 if you dont mind sharing a queen bed. Huge balcony, great ocean views. My only gripe was finding the parking but once we worked it out we were fine. You have to park in the shopping centre underneath find air residential and go through security gates find your allocated park (which is only one) there is a visitors area if you can get one and go to the 4th floor then out and around to another set off lifts to get to your floor. Sounds difficult but after doing the trek to our room we were ok. Location was superb. The pool fabulous.

Have just arrived home after 5 nights on the coast. We arrived late and we're welcomed by a lovely night staff lady. Never talked to any of the day staff no one seemed to say much when we passed. The car park as stated was a little hard as quite far away but once u work it out it's ok and free which is amazing. The view from our one bedroom was amazing and honestly so quiet. Bed a little hard but loved the couch and room had everything we needed. One more lounger would have been nice and yes windows a little dirty but hard being by the sea. Would stay again for the view.

Stayed with a friend in a two bedroom apartment so not sure what they paid. Was comfortable enough but not over the top. The views were great but the windows were extremely dirty on the outside.
The apartment itself was clean and had all that was needed for our week long stay but could do with some more storage in the bedrooms (i.e. shelving and draws).
Excellent location with shops, transport and endless bars and eateries close by.
I caught an Uber back to Brisbane airport which cost me $124.00.
