Dear customers,
We stayed in this hotel for a single night with my mother and brother. I must say that they provided the worst service EVER! I am used to stay in 4/5 stars hotel, but this one for sure is not worth 2.
The owners are the most horrible people I have ever met, the personnel is not trained to working in a so called 4 star hotel: no one says hi, they always seems surprised when you ask for something, you almost feel ashamed of asking anything (in this case an ashtray). When speaking Italian to them, they just reply in German... who knows why?...
To sum up, if you have the opportunity to NOT stay there, just go ahead. I sincerely regret having paid for this night. Hopefully for us, this was only for a single night! We will never ever come back. I'd rather sleep on the beach!

the hotel and staff fulfill our expectations entirely. its a perfect place for children and also disabled person. the employees are welcoming and friendly. Tidiness excellent and the best food ever. The location is great for having fun ( with 2 very clean swimming pools and supply beach) and relaxing summer break.

Its our 3rd year we are coming to Caorle to Airone hotel. It's fantastic place for relaxing summer break. Great service and the best food ever. It's very convenient for children as there are 2 swimming pools and the semis just in front of the hotel. The hotel rents bikes so it's very easy to reach the city centre even with the kid ( baby seats are available). The hotel have also tennis court, mini golf, pingpong and small playground for the children.
City of Caorle is very neat town full of small shops, restaurants, icecream shop. Very nice is to walk along the beach.
I will definitely comeback to enjoy Italian Dolce fare niente.

We booked this hotel through Crystal holidays and whilst it was pleasent and the staff were very nice and helpful it was dissapointing for what we wanted. The brochure implied that the area was an old fishing town which was partially true but the bulk of it was very modern high rise hotels (very much like Southend). The whole resort was incredibly built up. The hotel photos on the web show it surrounded by greenery but these must have been taken a long time ago as the hotel was surrounded by loads of other large high rise hotels.
To be honest it felt much more like a medium to good 3 star than the advertised 4 star it was.
There was not much local culture in our opinion.
The hotel we'd say was very good for families, the large pool is great and its a very short walk to the sea. There are lots of kids activities in the nearby area including crazy golf and amusements. However, as a couple looking for some culture and the 'old' town feel we were dissapointed - lots of high rise buildings and beeches that were sandwhiched packed as far as the eye can see.

This is a very pleasant, well run hotel situated about 15 minutes walk from the centre of Caorle on a lovely stretch of prime Italian beach front. We found the location ideal as the hotels closer to the centre appeared to be noisier and the beach walkways far busier. The outdoor swimming pool in the hotel is a great feature, although being unheated it wlll be at its best when the weather is hot. The rooms are fine, and we had a nice balcony with a good view. Can't speak for the hotel food as we were bed and breakfast only. however the breakfasts were very nice - you could take your prosecco and coffee (and lots else) out on to the terrace and enjoy the morning sun. The hotel is popular with German families (as is Caorle generally) so don't come here if you expect fluent English or chips with everything. There's a games room (including a particularly addictive arcade game) for children and for grown ups who should know better...
