Absolutely the worst experience in my life! They did not give us the option of smoking or non smoking yet told me I had to ask for non smoking then attempted to keep our money for the night even though the bathroom smelt like someone was smoking right in it and when I went to the front desk their responses were that it just couldn't and the girl at the front desk tried to flip my words around when she called the manager telling her I had used the room when all I had done was set our items in it before heading to dinner. My son is highly allergic to smoke and the girl at the front desk fought with me over returning my money so I could go to another hotel. They did not offer any other options or to assist in anyway instead treated me like I should have assumed they were a smoking motel even though in most hotels that isn't even a thing. Miserable and horrible girl they have working that front desk to just want to make someone's night hell with her attitude problem and way of flipping words around!!! Try training all of your workers on customer service!!!

Location and price were fair, but the hotel was run down. And, the people staying at the hotel were not people I would like to associate with. The air conditioner was very loud and the breakfast was just fair.

We stayed here July 2017. Location was just OK. Hotel was old but fairly well maintained. Breakfast was poor. Seemed to be in a questionably safe area. I would definitely not stay here again, despite the low price. I was surprised it was so highly rated on trip advisor. Just blah.

This was a great hotel conveniently located right off the highway. Great rooms and good beds. Good breakfast. Traveled with my parents and their dogs. Had adjoining rooms. Staff was very friendly and very helpful. The one issue they have is the name signage. Online name is Airport Value Inn. Signage outside is Value Inn. Signage inside the lobby is Airport Value Inn. Recommend getting everything to have the same name.

Staff is very accommodating. Rooms are comfortable but nothing special. WiFi is really sketchy so I ended up using the one in the lobby. One room had a yipping dog. You just can't control this. Go to Sandy's Restaurant, across the street for breakfast. The omlettes are harder than granite.
