We loved staying at this hotel - nice, friendly staff, great rooms with a view of the mountains, calm. The restaurant served a good breakfast and the dinners were really good - and a big plus that they also did vegetarian options. Would love to return!

I went with 2 friends for a mountain biking course to Mellau and we were surprised by the quality of the hotel. Very friendly owner and staff, clean and tidy rooms, delicious food, great location in the center of Mellau, sunny terrace. Free wifi, great breakfast! What a wonderful stay! I love the Austrian charme!

In general, this hotel is definitely worth 3 stars. The food is top quality and the service very nice. There is a spacious satisfaction wellness with sauna, steam room, infrared sauna and sunbeds.
Unlike many hotels, the wifi worked fine.
However, as in most hotels in the Alps, at night were the rooms far too hot to sleep genteel.

Stayed 2 nights. Had a dark room with not a great view. The room was spacious and clean. It was not the most friendly Austrian welcome when we arrived at reception, which was disappointing. We complained about the room, but they were unable to change. Breakfast is very good.

Short stay (3 nights). Excellent service. Clean, modern rooms and a breakfast that gets you through the first hours on the mountain! The hotel staff makes sure to be of assistance whenever they can. This hotel definitly deserves a recommendation!
