Once again I return to an old faithful hotel. Nothing has changed over the years. Staff are still friendly, helpful and polite. Breakfast is basic but meets the requirements to start the day. The rooms are large and spacious but can be noisy if you are between floors 1 to 4 & 12 to 15 as there are bars which play loud music until 2 to 3am either above or below you.

all perfect , value for your money , good view . location is very good near abu dhabi mall . area is very easy to reach and near to city center , malls, restaurants and all serveries. you can enjoy your tiime.

Landed in Abu Dhabi at 6am after a night flight and arrived at 8am to the hotel. I had to wait until 11am to checkin because the hotel was still full. I'm not complaining because of that, but I've been extremely disappointed that no body offered me a glass of water, a coffee or a seat ! I had to ask myself...
Then every request seemed to be complicated for the people from the reception.
Except that, room was clean, silent and nothing to complain, well location too.

Good hotel ,great view and location close to Abu Dhabi Mall and city center .Friendly nice reception and service team .The rooms are great with lot of space and verry clean .The room service team is exellent .Parking are also no problem you will find easy close to the Hotel .The friendly staff will assist you always and make your stay easy .

Telephone was not working and it is a main issue because anytime i want to make a call I have to go to the washroom to make a call it was terrible and the techinical department came to see the issue but they couldn't fix it for your knowledge the person who read this, I have adjusted but every one will not the same please do fix this simple issues but this are the things that is really necessary for anyone who stay in a hotel
And receptionist was friendly his name I don't remember I think it starts with 'A' guided me well and was a good personality
