very nice Hotel . staff are super professional and very helpful . amazing gym and pool . rooms very clean and bed very comfortable .breakfast wasn't included in my package . city center is very close to the hote .

I stayed there for a week. It was a very pleasant stay. I don't mind going there again. The service was good. Food buffet was good. Check in and check out was also very fast. Overall a very comfortable stay,

Great thanks all the staff and personnel at the copthorne Al Jahra Hotel for your hospitality and service during my stay for 3 months.
It is really wonderful hotel.This was my first visit to Kuwait, and so I'd like to say a special thank you to the hotel for being such an outstanding ambassador for your City and Country.
Special thanks to shyam who was really a good friend and brother and very helpful and spares no effort to find solutions in my complicated transportations. He was very patient to my every day 5 minutes delay 😉😉.
Special regards to Sanjiv and Benoud for best transportation arrangements.
And I will not forget David and Mostafa in the night duty. They were very nice with clean heart.
In the reception; I would like to thank Gelian, Regie and Mohamed. They were very kind and I really appreciate their kind treatment. Namasta

I stayed there for 3 months, as a doctor for ministry of health-Kuwait. A very nice place, excellent services, helpful staff, free Gym.
Reception and transport services were excellent. All reception staff were polite and helpful.
Transport services were co-operative I remember Seyam, Sanjiiv, Amaj, David, Hussein, Ibrahim, Ehtiopian man, pinod.
Thx to you all....hope to see you again.

Stayed for 52 days.Excellent service.Special regards to Well behaved and sincere staffs like Albin.
I will surely recommend my friends and families. Transportation to airport was really helpful.Overall very good experience.
