It's an ok type budget hotel dont expect too much. If no other option then only go for it.They dont have any resturants..however they serve breakfast..
You will find good restaurants in vicinity of 2-3 kms.
Location is also good.

Stayed at this place while on a small pleasure trip to wayanad.Place is OK for a shoestring budget.Cant expect much for that kind of money.They provide complimentary breakfast as well,but limited.Guys at the reception are amazing and the biggest plus point is the staff who are really friendly and helpful.They do not have a restaurant.But since it's in the middle of the kalpetta town,plenty of options are available around.A decent budget hotel and value for money.The owners should pay little more attention towards upkeep of this property.I recommend this place for budget conscious People.Book through Apps to get the maximum benefit.

We recently stayed here for 2 days . The rooms were clean and tidy. Hot water was not available over tap , but whenever asked for , the staffs brought it in buckets in few mins.
Food was also really good.
Excellent service .

Location- This place is located quite close to the bus stand. Even though it is not on the main road, the location is such that is easily accessible. Google maps thankfully shows the correct location in their case! They have space to park about 6 cars at one time, anything more than that is tough.
Amenities- The hotel is more of a lodge, just as many other reviews have pointed out. Yet, they fit into a certain niche. The rooms are large and spacious. Actually larger than you need. The bathrooms are done up really well. The fittings are quality. Some reviews mention yellow water in the toilet flush, and I noticed it too. Turns out they use a different tank for flushing the toilet and a separate tank for other use. The water used for flushing is muddy in appearance. The view from rooms is not that great.
State of upkeep- this is where I think they need to really work. Even though the building is reasonably done well, the upkeep is not that great. Housekeeping in the rooms is not a norm if you have an extended stay. If they continue neglecting investment in a dedicated housekeeping team, this will remain a problem. The rooms were also smelly due to dampness - we visited during the start of monsoon... But still, this is non negotiable.
Breakfast- we took a plan inclusive of breakfast. The breakfast served is adequate and in line with what you expect for this price. They actually source the breakfast from nearby eateries and do almost no cooking in house.
Why 5 stars? - despite the above points, why did i chose to give 5 stars? Because what they lack in the above areas, they more than make-up for those in the area of service.
The service here is awesome! Wilson and Devan, the 2 boys who attended to us really understand what service means. They were always willing to go the extra mile... Always! And no pretenses, no lies. When we complained about the stain on the toilet seats, they we honest to accept that its a problem and agreed to move us to another room.
My wife had fever during our stay, and in the middle of the night, they tried their best to arrange for medicines. I have not seen such service even in larger establishments.
Conclusion- If you are expecting a luxurious stay where you spend most of the time in the room, this place is not good for you.
If you are someone who needs a decent place to put up without the frills and the price with which it comes, this is it! Its a place to stay the night and use as your base for exploring Wayanad. Add to it the excellent service by the staff, this will be perfect for some... Like me!

Nice and neat hotel.. In the middle of town..But on a second string road..So quaint..Pretty ok rates.. good coordial staff. Not restaurant but there are plenty near by. They will get you anything you want. Also they arrange food if it is a big crowd..
