Stayed here with my mum for her 77th birthday, great accomodation, attentive and courteous staff, restaurant first class and premium Palm Cove Location. Despite not noticing the knife block full of knives on the bench, management delivered us another one with out question, a bit embarrassing yes but situation handeled been well. Day spa highly recommended with own plunge pool.

What an amazing experience we had staying at this fabulous hotel. The only downside is that we were just staying for one night before visiting family in Cairns. We arrived quite early from Sydney but the Guest Relations Manager - Cedric Lootvoet - greeted us warmly with a cold drink and stowed our luggage while we went exploring. Not long after we got a text message saying our room was ready - and this message "Would you like me to come to your rescue with an umbrella?" because it had started raining whilst we were gone. What service! And the room - it was huge! It had everything you could possibly want - washer/dryer and a wonderful kitchen stocked with a reasonably priced mini bar. We also had a lovely view of one of the pools - and the gardens. It was in a fantastic location - very close to the local pub and many restaurants. Had the most amazing time - cannot wait to stay there again.

My partner and I adored our stay at this property in Palm Cove for our anniversary. We were welcomed upon check in with a glass of bubbles, which was a lovely touch! The staff were extremely friendly and we felt very much at home. The room was spacious with a huge kitchen which was very useful. Great facilities onsite, plenty of pools and tropical vibe.
We will be back for our next anniversary :-)

Greeted with a lovely cool. Drink on arrival, three staff are so friendly & helpful to get us settled quickly into our room. Whilst there are no elevators, there is an abundance of willing staff to carry our luggage up the stairs. The rooms are comfortable, just a bit jaded & dated, otherwise more than adequate for simple food preparation & fully air conditioned with ceiling fans in all rooms.
Once settled, the views of the beach are stunning, all so close.
Within a short walk along the beach front many restaurants & shops provide a great selection..all viewing the lovely beach.

We were actually staying up the road at the Reef House when we noticed Alamanda Palm Cove whilst strolling along the beachfront. We immediately fell in love with its lovely secluded palm fringed beachfront setting & the gorgeous gardens.
We will certainly be staying here in the future as the whole resort looked lovely & especially since they have large apartments on offer.
The resort also houses Nu Nu restaurant & Alamanda Spa. There is also an adult only pool & free wifi . Definitely for those seeking luxury .
