Room was clean and nice. Employees were very helpful-even let me leave my car in the lot after check-out so I could do a little sight-seeing. Great location for Alamo/Riverwalk at $50-$300 lower than neighboring hotels! Only problem was the internet didn't work. Not sure if it was just that night or a regular problem. Will stay there again!

This is the worst room I’ve ever stayed in and I travel a lot !!! It smelled of mildew, there was not a singular hanger for our clothes.The toilet flushes so loud, it was disturbing... the shower curtain and the bathtub were so old and filthy, it was disgusting... all the knobs and faucets are loose it was a difficulty to get the water flowing, when you turn on the exhaust, it was so loud and the whole bathroom shakes!!!You can hear all the noise outside, so you can’t really sleep...I can keep going but you get the picture... The only thing good is the location, it’s very close to the local attractions... I took my sister with me for a day trip, we enjoyed San Antonio but this room was a total embarrassment !!!

1 clean towel, clogged sink, dirty sheets, had to use master key from office to get in room, card reader inoperable on door, front desk said I'd have to stay in that room because all rooms were full and day desk worker got mad at us for taking our belongings out of the room the next morning and insisted that we would have to stay in that nonfunctional room for the next night. Terrible! Housekeepers were very polite in person.

The room was ok nothing special. They have a bug problem. When I went to get breakfast from the office there were roaches crawling on the counter by the open food. Needless to say I did not eat there.

I booked two rooms for a family trip. At the time of check-in I was informed about the parking charges which I was surprise. I was not informed about the breakfast timing so I had to ask. As far as the Room, it was clean and smell fresh. however the Kleenex box was empty. Only one electrical outlet it the lamp base was working and I had to hold the microwave cord in order to use it.
At the breakfast time everything was very well stock and constantly refilling all the items. Breakfast area clean. Great Job Michael. When I was getting ready for check-out, Michael noticed I was charged twice for parking even when I told the lady the night prior that there was one vehicle for two rooms. Michael fix it right away and for my surprise he even speak Spanish as well!!
Nice location, close to major attractions in downtown San Antonio. Will come back the next time in town.
