We spent 2 nights at this beautiful B&B, and found the hosts Karen & Craig so friendly, helpful and very professional. We chose the continental breakfast which was very nice, and the coffee excellent. We booked into the "Kauri" room which had a double and single bed. The facilities were clean and very tidy.
Due to unwelcome noise from a couple next door, the first night was difficult, however our hosts been ever considerate of their guests, moved them to another room. I also found that these guests left the bath-room in a mess after they finished. Both my husband and I would not hesitate in recommending the Fairview B&B to any of our friends who are looking for accommodation in Auckland. Thank you Karen and Craig for your hospitality, we had a wonderful stay.

We stayed 2 nights at Fairview Heights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The B&B was very clean, tidy and modern and the owners Craig and Karen were very friendly and really went out of their way for us. The bed was comfortable and the room was a good size. Excellent value for money. Should I require accommodation again in this area, I would definitely choose to go back to Fairview Heights.

We are so pleased we booked our 10-day stay at this lovely little B&B. We booked the Kowhai apartment which is situated underneath the main house and as a result was very private. The apartment is spacious, comfortable, very clean, well-stocked and tastefully decorated. Our hosts were wonderful – so helpful and friendly. The apartment is actually self-catering, however our gracious hosts supplied us with breakfast foods and drink to get us started. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again.

decided last minute to have a night away and found this place on the net.
The room was clean and tidy and the hosts very polite.
Breakfast was great.
Recommend Kauri room as it is on the end and very spacious.

I have stayed at Albany Fairview Heights Bed & Breakfast on numerous occasions over the past 7 years. Craig and Karen are excellent and friendly hosts and make you feel right at home. The rooms are clean, tidy and well equipped. My stays here are always enjoyable. Thanks!
